Nail Pits

Nail pits are found in psoriatic arthritis; maybe 90% of patients have them. They look like tiny holes someone began to burr in the nail. May patients with Psoriasis alone have them, but if we see them in a patient with arthritis in large joints, we’ve made the diagnosis.
